I visited Goa only to visit a dentist and have dental treatment and chose Dr. Abhijit P Sadekar’s dental clinic after surfing through the internet.
After discussing the options we decided to have 20 ceramic veneers and 2 metal free ceramic bridges. I’m very impressed with the work on my veneers and the bridges. I had a complete smile makeover in a week’s time. Dr. Abhijit P Sadekar is a very good Dentist and an even better person. Highly recommended to anyone planning to have dental treatment in Goa.

This is an innovation in the field of dentistry. The denture base used here is flexible & virtually unbreakable.

Valplast flexible partial dentures are a new innovation in the field of dentistry. The denture base material used is flexible and is claimed to be a virtually unbreakable material by the manufacturers. Being fleible allows the denture to avoid transferring stresses on to the adjacent teeth and tissues thus minimizing the trauma of having a partial denture. he color of the denture base matches with the oral tissues to perfection and eliminates the use of metal clasps as in other partial dentures. It takes a week and two to three visits to complete the procedure.

Clinical as well as home bleach methods are used in our practice as per the patients needs.

We at our clinic provide chair side as well as home bleaching options for the patients interested in getting a whiter shade for their teeth. Bleaching the teeth in the clinic takes about 40mins whereas the home bleach is used by the patient by the patient on a custom made tray made to fit the teeth to be used at night. Duration of the tray to be kept in the mouth is based on the strength of the bleach used. Bleaching, however, does not keep the teeth permanently white. Those who want to have a more lasting whitening result have the option of getting veneers placed for better results.e are proud to introduce for the first time in Goa the Revolutionary LumaCool ( USA) teeth whitening system. Now the patients can have a bright smile in less than an hour in the dental surgery.

LOOK AND FEEL YOUR BEST
Teeth become discolored by age, tobacco use, certain medications, and staining foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, and red wine. Fortunately, in most cases our office can whiten teeth that have become stained. Using the latest technology, we can now perform a complete whitening procedure in a single office visit. Whether you’re 18 or 81, a bright smile can boost your confidence and make you feel better about yourself.

ONE SHORT VISIT
Using a Luma whitening system, the entire whitening process takes less than 1 hour. Although not everyone can benefit from tooth whitening (it cannot lighten fillings or crowns, for example), most people with healthy teeth are potential candidates. Your upper and lower teeth are whitened at the same time. Your new smile can help you look younger, healthier, and more vibrant. The results may last for years, depending on your lifestyle. Although whitening teeth has become popular lately, the idea is not new. Over time, many technical improvements have been made and the process has been thoroughly studied and safety-tested.

Its the cool way to whiten teeth.

Replacement of missing teeth using titanium screws and following a surgical protocol to ensure clinical success. Successful implants is the best replacement option for missing teeth.

If teeth which cannot be saved are extracted then they have to be replaced at the earliest possible to maintain esthetic and functional harmony.

Until now removable partial dentures or fixed bridges were the only options available. But lately we have the option of using dental implants on patients who are otherwise healthy.

We are now entering the era of using Implants to replace the missing teeth.

Implants are titanium screws placed in the bone where a normal tooth would be and thus replaces the missing tooth in the best possible way. Once placed in the bone the screw fuses with the bone or becomes a part of the bone in about three months and is then capped with a ceramic crown ready to take the load of a normal tooth.

Implant retained dentures is the best option in patients opting for complete dentures. These dentures stay in place very firmly.

There are advantages to dental implants as opposed to crowns or bridge. An implant to replace a single tooth avoids the need to cut down the teeth either side for crowns to support a bridge. Normal dentures often mean you can’t eat or speak well, due to the dentures moving about. But teeth attached to an implant don’t cause this problem
