A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. Ceramic Veneers and Smile make over
Thin shell of ceramic are prepared to restore worn out, discoloured enamels and /or to have a complete smile make over. Empress II and Inceram are the materials used.
Ceramic veneers are ceramic prosthesis placed on the teeth permanently. These veneers are thin shells of ceramic bonded on the teeth to give the teeth the desired shade and shape and can be used as a long term solution to teeth whitening and extreme smile makeover cases.The results with veneers are just brilliant. The material used is Empress II aesthetic. This is a two appointment procedure wherein on the first visit measurements of the teeth are taken after shaping the teeth to desired contour and size. The second appointment is four to five days later when the prepared veneers are bonded to the teeth.

Valplast flexible partial dentures are a new innovation in the field of dentistry. The denture base material used is flexible and is claimed to be a virtually unbreakable material by the manufacturers. Being fleible allows the denture to avoid transferring stresses on to the adjacent teeth and tissues thus minimizing the trauma of having a partial denture. he color of the denture base matches with the oral tissues to perfection and eliminates the use of metal clasps as in other partial dentures. It takes a week and two to three visits to complete the procedure.

Teeth Whitening
Clinical as well as home bleach methods are used in our practice as per the patients needs.
We at our clinic provide chair side as well as home bleaching options for the patients interested in getting a whiter shade for their teeth. Bleaching the teeth in the clinic takes about 40mins whereas the home bleach is used by the patient by the patient on a custom made tray made to fit the teeth to be used at night.
